Day Two

Breakfast: Soy Smoothie and 1 Gluten Free Waffle
Lunch: Leftover Quinoa and Black Bean Chile
Snack: Cashews
Dinner: Sexy Spring Pasta
Dessert: Grapes

Day Two went well- started to feel the effects of no caffeine in the afternoon. Considering that I am going from having a large coffee and 2-3 Diet Cokes a day to NO coffee or diet cokes, I think a little afternoon exhaustion is well deserved. It wasn't too bad though.

Lessons Learned:
1) My weekly grocery bill is about $50 less now thanks to NO BOOZE. A little bonus I didn't consider.
2) Wear gloves when chopping jalapenos. Please.
