Breakfast: Soy yogurt and granola
Lunch: Amy's Brown Rice and Vegetable Bowl
Dinner: Black Bean and Butternut Tacos with chips and Guacamole on the side.
Dessert: Cantaloupe
Those Amy's Brown Rice and Vegetable Bowls are delicious - definitely a nice thing to have in the freezer for days when you don't feel like making lunch! Less calories than most Lean Cuisines/Smart Ones and much more filling!
The tacos last night were a huge success! The squash stir fried with cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper would be delicious as a side dish alone, let alone in a fabulous taco along with black beans mashed with lime and garlic. SO GOOD. This recipe is definitely a post-cleanse keeper.
Lessons Learned:
1)For a lazy-man's guacamole: Mash one avocado with a few tablespoons of whatever salsa you have on hand.
2) I got my hair done last night and let me tell you it was HARD not to go out for drinks afterwards. I am kind of conditioned to do that. But I made do with going home, making dinner and drinking grapefruit club soda out of a martini glass. Just as fun I tell you. FOR REAL.

have you lost any weight with the cleanse? I know thats not what its for, but I would think the absence of alcohol and caffeine and other crap would make difference.
Well,I wasn't counting calories or anything but I did inadvertantly lose about 9 lbs so far. I'm pretty sure that's the lack of booze and sugar!
