Breakfast: Soy Yogurt and Fruit
Lunch: Vegan Black Bean Soup and Gluten Free Pretzels
Dinner: Veggie Burger crumbled into Spinach Salad with olives and chick peas.
Dessert: Cantaloupe
I finally tried freezing grapes after prompting from an array of people and it really is delicious!! Nice treat for a hot night.
Lessons Learned:
1)Gluten Free Vegetable Burgers lend themselves to being crumbled in a salad REALLY well because no matter how I prepare them, they always lose their shape. Still delicious though!
2) Soy Parmesan is actually alright! It does taste somewhat parmesan-y.
