Day Eleven

Breakfast: Gluten Free Waffles
Lunch: Leftover Tofu + Papaya Salsa

Snack: Almonds
Dinner: Pizza (Gluten free crust grilled with totato paste, mixed marinated olives, peppers and onions. YUM!)
Dessert: Fruit Salad

I am definitely loving the self serve bins at Hannaford. I bought a pound of granola for like $3. How can you beat that? Not to mention Wasabi Almonds, Cashews, any kind of grain you want in any amount you want. I love it.

Lessons learned: Namaste makes a FABULOUS Wheat and Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix that is so easy to prepare and tastes delicious. It has herbs baked into it so with a little olive oil in the mix it is qute tasty. I highly reccomend
